Aleesha has been able to establish herself as the best female professional bodybuilder during the latter part of the year. Aleesha is from a sport-loving family in 1984. Her siblings also played athletics, including skating and hockey. Aleesha has played many sports like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha earned her professional card after her victory at her first NPC USA Championships 2014. The first time she competed was 2008, however she began competing in the year 2008. She also participated at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro which she placed 9th. She maintained a ninth-place finish for 2015. Aleesha was 6th place in both 2015 and 2016 in her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha began to improve and was able to achieve her first professional win when she won Chicago Pro Championships. The best bodybuilder's performance at the WOS Rising Phoenix came in the year 2020, when she snagged the 4th place. The "World's strongest mother" did take a hiatus from bodybuilding due to issues with her health.
